I have a client that says the SplendidCRM menu disappeared. He installed the plugin today, was able to sync everything just fine. But after rebooting his machine later in the day for something unrelated, the SplendidCRM Menu is no longer showing up within Outlook.
The plugin was not list within outlook's disabled items list.
Anyone see this? Anyone have any ideas?

Does the plug-in appear under "Tools/Options/Other tab/Advanced Options button/COM Add-Ins"?
What version of Outlook is your client using? What version of Windows?
I'm sure you've tried rebooting again. If that didn't work I'd uninstall and reinstall the plug-in.
We are having a hard time duplicating this problem. We can say that the SplendidCRM Plug-in should appear in the COM Add-ins.
We have several users that experience this same problem. Plugin just disapears. We have uninstalled and reinstalled and still will not show back up.
The CRM plugin is installed on my PC and I don't see it as an option in the COM add-ins
