I am an Admin user on my machine only.

I am running an Outlook profile.   I have two Outlook profiles on my machine.   My corporate exchange profile and a profile for testing with no email capabilities.  Testing profile is not an actual user but exists as an outlook profile only (the user is mimic'd, of course, in Sugar).
