Ok, so we are stuck with having to upgrade to v.3 even though we have installed v2.1. Since we are just starting into this why should we stay with Splendid instead of going to Sugar?
We have 6 users who would want the Splendid Enterprise (for quoting & workflow) which means we would need to by the Enterpise 10 user pack at $3000. We could get the same thing from Sugar but only pay $275 per user which would be $1650 for 6 (not required to by a 10 pack).
Have you considered using our SplendidCRM Live services? At $30/user/month, we are less than SugarCRM and significantly less than Salesforce.com.
No we need an internally hosted application (Their are still someplaces where high speed internet is not a reliable or affordable option). So in this case Sugar seems to be the cheaper option.
