Hi,

I create the same business rules as your in accounts module. It's work well. When I set this business rules on my editview.inline, the business rule does nothing.The difference between the 2 : the field Industry was deleted from this view.
Can we set a value to a deleted control in a view ?

You cannot set the value of a deleted control. I'm not sure why you would want to do that, but if your goal is to provide an initial value to a hidden field, then you should first crete the hidden field.

My english is too bad !
In accounts.editview.inline, I have removed the industry field. In the accounts.editview, i still have this field and in the database too.
