Thank you for the quick response. My problem is we don't host. I only have field layout edit capabilities. Seems limited. The program is on another server.
All you need is someone with a SQL studio that can connect to the database to do the Fix I laid out in my previous post....
Earlier version of SplendidCRM did not provide editing pages for numeric sequences. However, editing was added with version 5.0.4065 back in February 2011. Just manually navigate to ~/Administration/NumberSequences
