Hi all,

I'll like to know how to run the inboud mail process (function::pollMonitoredInboxes). What I need to do is to auto insert inbound mail from my mail server to the emails table. Any one does this before ? I hope so...

Regards

Sébastien

In the Admin area, there is a Schedulers page. Enable the Check Inbound Mailboxes scheduled task. It is off by default.

Thanks support.

I think my problen was on the mail server side because the check inbound mailboxes was already enable. Nevermind, that works now !

Just 1 think I don't understand : how could splendid run his own schedule while SQLAgent is off and there is no Task in the windows taskscheduler ?

Regards

Sébastien

SplendidCRM has an internal timer and an internal scheduler. It does not use SQL Agents and it does not use the Windows Task Scheduler. The catch is that the web application must always be running.

Do you mean that a browser must always run with splendidcrm ? What append if mails are sent to a group mail while the web application is off ?

Thanks

Sébastien
