I am our CRM adminstrator and i need to be able to perform a mass delete of certain leads. I have seen that there is a way to do it in sugar crm by doing an advanced search and then deleting from there, but i cannot figure out how to do it in Splendid. Any one have an idea?
You should be able to do the exact same thing in SplendidCRM. You can perform the same advanced search, and you can check the boxes and then click the Delete button that is at the bottom of the list of leads.
I was thinking that too, but for some strange reason i don't see any check boxes. Is there a way to turn them on? Thanks for the reply
The checkboxes should already be there. However, in our recent releases, we have added the ability to enable/disable mass update. You may want to check the Modules editor in the Admin area to see if Mass Update has been disabled for the Leads module.
