What email address will see mail recipient when sending from general CRM email account?
On composing email I filled field "From" with main email address. After mail was sent recipient saw general email account address but not that which i filled in field “From”. Why it is not showing user email? For email recipient field "From" was filled with text "Repley-to name [general account email adress]" and if i press repley to i get general account email adress, but not which sender want to be.
Some email systems ignore the Reply information that we provide and just use the login in formation for the email. What email server are you using?
