Hi, I tried to add in a new dropdown list item into the notes edit view.

I create a new dropdown item first. Then I create a customize item in notes module based on that.

At last, I edit the notes edit view and add in a UI item as type of downdown. It show up right.

However, it won't save the selected option. Everytime it goes to 'none'.

Can you take a look?

the only thing not working is that we I choose one option item and click 'Save', the chosen item is not saved.

So come back next time, it still show the 'none' option.
