I'm not sure what happened, but somehow now the system is showing only the accounts a user created, and it's not showing any records not entered by the logged in user. It does the same for notes and data in other modules too. Is this is a setting that we might have accidentally turned on?

It sounds like you enabled some security settings. The first one that comes to mind is the Require User Assignments flag. You can check this in the Admin area under User Management.
Yes, that was it. I had actually changed that a few minutes after posting before you replied, and that had worked. Thanks for your help.
