I am getting the following error any time I try to edit or create a workflow, the error shows up in the top right hand corner by the Edit/Duplicate/Delete buttons. This is a new installation and since install the workflows have not appeared to work correctly.
Does anyone have any insight into possible causes of this issue?
Have you tried an IISRESET? We have found that constant restarts of the application, which typically occur on a development machine with frequent rebuilds, can cause the Windows Workflow engine to become unstable. Restarting IIS typically solves the problem.
