Hi all,
in Splendidcrm and Sugar, a leads must be convert in an account to create an opportunity. Many accounts are created for nothing : if the opportunitiy is never closed, the leads will not be a customer so he will not be an account. Is someone find a work arround for this point?

I'm not sure why Sugar works that way. We simply follow them. If you want a different behavior, you have the source code and can certainly change it.
