It would be nice to be able to use the reporting features to be able to create a target list.  Being able to create reports using custom fields that we have created and then do an "export" to a Target List to be able to use in a campaign. Creating Target Lists is somewhat of a pain since there isn't a good way to query contacts when creating them.
