A very usefull feature would be to include an SyncML server or allow integration with an external SyncML server to perform synchronization of contacts, tasks etc. "over the air" to employee mobile phones or PDAs. I believe Sync4J have support for SugarCRM.
This feature can also be found built in the Truedesk.com package ... although it does not work and they are too slow to fix problems.
