The reports should account for team management and the appropriate filtering.  You can see this in the ~/Reports/EditView.ascx.cs file.  Look for ACLFilter().

The reports save the SQL query, so if you created the report before enabling the team management, then that would explain the problem.

To debug the issue, your best bet is to show the SQL code and look for references to TEAM.
