Not a major pain but for sake of consistency it might be worth dynamically re-writing the URLS to reflect the custom tab names. For example if you change the contacts tab to say "Elephants" the URL still reads http://domain/Contacts/default.aspx. it would probably be desirable for a re-write so it reads http://domain/Elephants/default.aspx (even if the module underneath is still Contacts)

Actually we are running the browser in a winform so our users never get to see the URL - but this may be useful for others especially for international support
