Is there any close functionality for the transactions to prevent after that editing/deleting the record.
our Account Auditor asking us if SplendidCRM can provide close functionlity so that will be very usefull for the managers/auditors after checking every transaction for specific period suppose February they can close this period for specific transactions like orders/invoice to prevent any editing/deleting any transaction and make less accurate....
and What about printing formal invoice/order/quotation printing report are these report will be available for the next version and will be open source.

You would have to code any close handling yourself.
As for printing an invoice, you can create the invoice using Microsoft's report designer and import it into SplendidCRM. You can even embed an image in the RDL file and have it rendered.
