It would be quite useful to see who has logged on to the system, when and how long for and possibly even what they did... This would resolve any arguments later on when a user accuses the administrator of stuffing something up ... another useful feature would be a "Who's logged on now" type thing for admins - this could be adapted for a "live help" type interaction - eg. you click on the appropriate link and it launches a goto assist session with them, or whatever you have it configured for eg an instant messenger session
