Can you provide the capabilities of the Enterprise edition on these main requirements or the Professional or Community editions can be used?
Is the $480 per user cost for the Enterprise On Premise good for a year only? what are the licensing terms available?
The automated features suggest that you need the workflow feature of our Enterprise Edition.
The $480 per user for Enterprise Edition is a perpetual license and it includes 12-months of updates. The second year updates are $120 per user, but this is optional.
