Hi Paul

Nice job on the system. I noticed in the free version licence that it mentions not being allowed to modify the source code. Does this restriction apply in the Pro version? I'm thinking more of the SQL back-end where we might want to merge our own data access code in parallel, to provide custom functionality.

What are your plans, if any, for building a partner network, feeding new functionality back into the product?

SplendidCRM Professional includes the SQL source code and the Plug-in source code which you may use within your business. We are still working on a partnership agreement that will allow you to deliver SplendidCRM-derived applications to your customers. The partnership will also provide you with a significant discount to the license fee.

We have created an addendum to our license agreement that specifically grants you a free hosting license to external customers. Please contact us directly if you would like a copy of the agreement.
