We are planing to start use of Splendid CRM community opensource edition and later change to professional edition. I want to clarify few things.
1. Can we add a new feature in spendid CRM community edition for our purpose? Will that violate the licence aggeement?
2. How can we integrate splendid crm with existing ERP application? Is there any API or web service available for integration?

You may add anything that you want to the Community Edition.
There are multiple ways to integrate. You can do the integration within the SQL procedures and SQL views. You can integrate directly in the C# code-behind files. You can integrate using our SOAP API and you can integrate using our REST API.
