Our company would like to integrate Splendid CRM with our infrastructure. Integration will be simple lead synchronization.There will be 2 to 5 developers and around (less) then 10 users (managers) using your CRM. CRM will be deployed on one server and used internally in our company. There will be testing server as well.

I searched your site but could not get answer for following to questions -

  1. Which edition should we choose taking into account that integration may need some changes in Splendid CRM (custom fields)?
  2. How many licenses should we buy?
  3. Can we update license later to increase number of users/developers?
  4. Can we later upgrade license to more advanced edition if we will need later features that are missing in edition we bought?

1. If you do not need the workflow engine, then the Professional should suffice. Please use the following matrix to determine the best edition: Product Matrix.
2. You will need 15 licenses as we do include developers in the count.
3. Yes, you can add licenses later.
4. Yes, you can upgrade to the Enterprise edition later.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately my boss rejects to pay for 15 licenses so we will have to user Community Edition for now. Later I think (hope) we will by Professional Edition
