The Enterprise Edition is not open-source, so the only way to modify the Enterprise Edition and resell it is to become a SplendidCRM Partner.  We have an excellent partner program and we encourage you to contact our sales team directly.

The Community Edition has been released via open-source.  You can modify the C# and ASP.NET source code for the Community Edition and redistribute.  Just make sure that you keep the copyright messages in place.
