 Dear Sir/Mdm,

We are interested to use CRM and would like to find out the following:

  1. Our software development team for CRM project consists of 3 developers. The SplendidCRM will be hosted in our client’s server and there will be 32 end-users accessing it. In this instance, how many licenses do we need to purchase?
  2. If we have two environments, UAT (User Acceptance Test) and Production environment, do we need an equal number of licenses for the 3 developers as well as the 32 end-users? Or is there any package for the UAT environment? Because there will be less than 5 end-users who are accessing it.
  3. I notice that the licenses come in a package of 10. Can we purchase says 32 licenses only instead of 40 licenses?

Thanks & Best Regards,

Alex.

Your note suggests that you will be delivering a solution to your clients.  In that case, it may be to your advantage to join our Partner program or our Affiliate program as both of these programs would save you our your client money.  Please contact our sales team for more information.

As for the test environment question, we typically do not charge for test environments, though we do include developers in the user count.  Our goal here is to encourage testing.
