Not sure if this is a bug, but here is the process.
The difference between an Employee and a User is that a User has a value for the USER_NAME field.
Could the problem be that you have specified a search parameter in the Users list? Have you tried to click the Clear button?
I am having the same issue. Played around with search parameters but to no avail.
Users able to log on but I cannot see them under Admin
Please check the status value for the users. The default search for for either Active users, but if the status is null, then the list will show nothing.
Thanks, I obviously imported without a status value. Is there a way I can edit these already imported without a status?
