Missing Tentative icon for appointments acceptance - Bugs

In "my meetings" dashlet i missing tentative icon in accpetance column. There is white box.

What theme are you using? The quick fix may be to copy the image from a theme where it exists.

There should be a tentative_inline.gif in the ~/App_Themes/Sugar/images folder. What version of SplendidCRM are you running?

Using Community Edition Version 4.5.0 Build 4.0.3580.14035

I missing this icon in that theme. There is only one theme so i can't find tentative_inline icon. Where i could get that icon?
