I been debugging error message "The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime. Parameter name: value" which is result of Calendar dtCurrentDate been reset to DateTime.MinValue i.e 01/01/0001 rather than current date. Was not sure where to proceed. Had you made any further progress?

It sounds like an invalid date is being encountered.  Invalid dates are set to DateTime.MinValue, which is 01/01/0001 00:00:00.  The error messages comes from our attempt to convert the MinValue to a localized time by subtracting the bias.  In the world of dates and times, you cannot go negative.
