Assigned_USER_ID error

when I select email template record from email template there is an error show at the top , I tried also open from demo (asp express edition ) the same error

Edit ~/EmailTemplates/DetailView.ascx.cs and remove references to ASSIGNED_USER_ID.  Replace with Guid.Empty.
