2.0 Beta - User List View

This is fairly minor usability issue - when you click on the user management in Admin the first page doesn't list the active users - you have to select "Active" from the search - I think this probably started because of the new search mechanism. Point is it would be useful to be able to set default basic search views depending on section - for example "Active" in users or "Show only my items" in a task view - which is probably a bit more complicated.

The search system saves your last search, so is it possible that you saw nothing because you previously searched for something that did not exist?

I did a few quick tests on our clean test systems and the default does show all users.
