Hi,
When mail arrives in Splendid CRM it comes with the attachments nicely included. However, when a mail is forwarded within Splendid CRM, the attachments are "dropped". Is this a bug? If so, how can I resolve this? Don't want users to save the attachments and then in the forwarded mail include them again.
