Fix the EditView that is having a problem. Make sure that the Module Type is defined properly for the popup in question.

I would take a look at the HTML for the Cases EditView to see what is happening. Is the ModulePopup javascript method being called with the correct parameters?

I´m using the "Administrator" account. In my local PC it works fine.

I'm facing this issue at hosted web server. Any idea?

Login as Admin and investigate the Cases EditView layout.

You are right ! Module type was empty for this field. I don't understand why but it's solved.
