What version of SplendidCRM are you running?
I'm getting the same message when attempting to import Accounts. I have admin rights too. I'm using Community Version 5.5.4180.23100. I'm new to SplendidCRM, and not finding any documentation except the YouTube videos. Am I missing something?
The first thing we need to do is to allow the real error to be displayed. You do this by editing the Web.config file and changing customErrors mode to Off. Make sure to capitalize the O in Off.
Importing should be obvious, so once we determine the actual problem, I'm confident that we can get it working.
There are other problems as well. I was able to import data, but now import does not work. I have checked leads table and all the records are there. I have previously deleted all Leads and re-imported. After import it shows 3216 records sucesfully imported, but when I click on Leads tab nothing is there. Should I manually delete records using SQL?
I am using Community edition Version 6.0.0 Build 5.5.4180.23100
Should I update to the latest version? How do I update the code?
