We are having trouble duplicating the problem. Can you try and duplicate the problem on our demo site http://demo.splendidcrm.com?

What version of SplendidCRM are you running? Have you made any customizations in this area?

I didn't any customization in this area.

I think this problem could be related with that that i want to see accounts assigned to other users. In demo i can't get another user accounts at all. Even if i change my user to another under current dashlet.

In our server, where we have this problem there is possibility to get another users accounts, but when pressing next it clear all accounts grid. Probably there is no problem when Accounts are assigned to logged user.

Please try to duplicate the problem using a clean site at http://eval.splendidcrm.com. You can import as many accounts as you need in order to duplicate the problem.

The problem where dublicated.
1. User should not be administrator.
2. In My Accounts dashlet -> edit -> select several user in "Assignet to" field.
3. After click next, you will get only your accounts in the grid.

We found the bug. In the SearchView.ascx control, we needed to keep track of a SearchLoaded flag. Please contact our support staff directly for an update of this file.
