When i insert a tracker link in a campaign email and send out the email the link only works when you are logged in to Splendid.  This renders tracker links almost useless.  Any advice?

This is something that we have already fixed.  Please contact our support staff for the updated files.

The crm says i have the latest version available.  How would i contact the support staff for the updated files? and does this fix the viewed message tracking as well? do you have to set anything up to be able to see who has viewed the email or does that just happen automatically?

The support staff can provide an update that we are not ready to make public.  Call it a hot fix.
