We have Splendid CRM installed and configured internally.
We know that MS CRM is highly customizable. We would like to
know if there are any guidlines or recommended practices on how
to customize SplendidCRM. Is there any case studies ?

There is no better guidelines than the source itself. Chances are, no matter what you want to do, it has already been done somewhere in the existing codebase. So, the best way to customize is to follow the patterns that we have already established.
The trick then is to find the right place in the code that does what you want to do, so that you can duplicate this elsewhere. You can find this code by clever use of Find in Files. Or you can post a message on this forum, or you can send an email to our support staff.
