Trying to find where the contacts went to? [SOLVED]
Posted: 01 Nov 08 9:38 PM Modified By JosephV on 11/12/2008 6:34:30 PM)

Hello,

I am trying to import contacts from a CVS file and I see some were successful and some were not. Ok so where did the successful ones go..??

I click on contacts and there are no more contacts there that before? Weird.

Thanks for any help

Joseph

It sounds like you made the import transactional, which means that if one fails, then none are imported.  If you disable the transation, then the good will succeed and the bad will not.

There should be a checkbox on one of the import pages.  Just disable.

Thanks for the info,

I removed the tickbox and imported the file. None of them failed. However when I click on the contacts tab there are no contacts. Why?

Also what is the function of the "Saved Sources"

I made a few names as I imported the file and now those names appear under this header in Splendid Contacts Import tab

Thanks

Joseph
