I have POP3 working, pulling in emails- I can see them when I click on "Check Email", but I can't see them anywhere else.

The home page of CplendidCRM says "Inbound email allows automatic importing of email from a POP3 account, such as Gmail, with automatic linking to existing accounts, contacts, leads or prospects." How can I get this working? Here is how I tested it out:

1. Set up an email account on gmail called customer@gmail.com
2. Created a new Splendid contact that has the email address customer@gmail.com
3. Set up "Monitor New Mailbox" on support@mydomain.com
4. Sent an email from customer@gmail.com to support@mydomain.com
5. Tried to find where it was imported to the customer... couldn't find it
6. When I click on "Check Mail" the email shows up under "Inbox", but I can't get the "automatic linking" part working

Any ideas? I'm running:

SugarCRM compatibility	4.5.0
SplendidCRM Build	2.0.2950.42250

Oh yea and I tried to comment out the "Bounce handling is the only supported action at this time" check but I still can't get it to work.
