Is the problem just with shortcuts, or are there other issues?

I have a related issue.
I disabled the cases module in the database, but the case module is still being displayed when viewing an Account.

This issue will be fixed in the next release.  Normally, I would suggest that you get the latest version from Vault, but there may be some issues due to the changes we have made for 1.5.
