Activities (call) and status

I've changed the status of calls and meeting .... Can cause this modifiy problems during the CRM processes??

In the home page I can't see my calls and meeting (I've selected today...this week ... but I can't see records)

Yes, the query on the home page specifically shows calls and meetings that are Planned.  We do this in the view vwACTIVITIES_MyList.

Thanks... but if I've changed the state of calls and meetings from "planned" to "another"... How Can I change the view? (that it's looked)

Another question: are there other state (in other tabs) that i CAN'T change? (as planned in the calls/meetings) .... state that are used in the view of the DB

You need to have the SQL source code in order to change the view, and that requires a Professional license.

The other thing to consider is that the calls on the home page are intended to only show calls that are in the future.  Calls that you have already made are accessible in the Activities tab.

Most of the data on the home page has been coded to only show what you are currently working on, not all records in the table.

or the only state that you use in the view is the "planned" for calls & meetings?
