I have spent some time trying to figure out these items and I just cannot do it. I need help.
1. Under My Portal I added some links and now I'd actually like to use them. They should be available as Tabs/QuickLinks but I don't see them anyplace
2. How do I get my Contact List to display in Lastname, Firstname order?
The My Portal module is not complete. At some point we add the links to the tab menu, but we have many other high-priority issues to deal with.
You can customize the Contacts List to display last name and first name, but we only sort on one field at-a-time. You would have to customize the code to sort by last + first.
