Attempting to import

I have completed a local install and am attempting to import a CSV file of my exported Outlook contacts. In Outlook I picked the "Windows (CSV)" format. During the import process on the "3. Upload Export File" tab I receive an error "Index was outside the bounds of the array. "

I'll try some of the other formats.
