hi, right when i installed splendid crm on my pc, the send button of the compose email and configure settings link in the admin page are disabled. is this by default when it cannot detect a mail server?
or if there is a straightforward way to make this enabled by editing some configuration file? (and if so, which file is it). thanks
The Send button is enabled only if you have a valid email address. Go to My Account and add a From Address.
You will also need to have the Windows SMTP Service installed and configured.
